Hot new bluegrass trio The New California Line will play the FREEĀ Summit House Thursday Bluegrass Series onĀ May 31 fromĀ 6:00-8:30pm.

TheĀ 14th Annual Pick & Gather Festival is this weekend, May 26-28 inĀ Livingston. TheĀ Memorial Day Weekend bluegrass music (and beyond) and farm-to-table gathering will be presented byĀ Riverdance Farms. Livingston is on Highway 99 near Merced in the great Central Valley Of California.
The relaxed weekend will feature a wide variety of music along with the chance to pick blueberries, cherries, and strawberries at low prices. Camping is available in the farm’s walnut orchard, while swimming and otherĀ Merced River activities will be available.
The Northern California Bluegrass Society welcomes this event. The NCBS Information Booth will be there with flyers for all the upcoming summer bluegrass events.

The Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival, a popular benefit for the Northern California Bluegrass Society since 1994, will be held for the 25th time onĀ August 9-12, 2018 in Tres Pinos.
The deadline for Discount Advance Tickets is July 22. NCBS Members receive a Deep Discount on advance tickets, while Non-Members receive a Discount.
Molly Tuttle will headline this Saturday evening at theĀ Third AnnualBerkeley Bluegrass Festival,Ā presented by theĀ Freight & Salvage inĀ Berkeley. Meanwhile, Darol Anger will do the honors for Sunday evening’s closing show. The festival enjoyed a successful kickoff on Friday with Laurie Lewis as the evening’s headliner.
